The book emerges from the thesis Women: metamorphosis of the butterfly effect (Editorial Farben / Norma, Costa Rica 2008) of the Puerto Rican feminist María Suárez Toro. Suárez Toro studied PhD in education at the Universidad La Salle in Costa Rica, where he has lived thirty-five years.

Joe (Mario Roche), is the employee who faces emerging figures of their "boxes" glass claim their rights and denied recognition, Olympe de Gouges (Zora Moreno), feminist writer, Maria Remedios (Provi Sein) and the cute robot character of the perfect woman, Molly, the microchip (Jessica Gaspar).
Sponsored by the feminist collective multidisciplinary "Butterfly Wings" from Costa Rica, the funds raised at the gala premiere of the feature will benefit the Puerto Rican campaign "Hand in Hand with the women of Haiti," entity which is linked to International Feminist Camp (Ayti Feminist Solidarity).
